When you reach the Mapping step (the final step) of the Multi Site Upload, users can ignore the optional fields that they do not wish to record data for.
Optional fields include Cost, Currency, Serial Number of Meter, Meter Number, Supplier and Comment, all fields which do not have an '*' are optional fields. All other database fields are mandatory and the spreadsheet being uploaded must contain a column with data to match the mandatory database field.
To map the columns select the appropriate column header from the drop down (these are the column names from the spreadsheet) to match the database field, click Finish when the mapping is completed.
