There are five user roles, 

  • Company Admin (Sustainability Manager) - unrestricted access, controls user access.
  • Reader (Executives) - ability to run reports, view dashboards, view activity data. No ability to add/edit/delete any data.
  • Writer (Data Inputter e.g. Facility Managers, Accounts Department) - ability to edit activity data.
  • Site Administrator Role - ability to edit and create activities, and input data for the users assigned building (s).
  • Auditor (Internal Auditors) - Ability to run reports, view dashboards, view activity data but not ability to add/edit/delete any data, can change audit screen status.
