If the user has not received the account activation email 30 minutes after the new user was created try:

1) Check that the email has not gone into the email spam folder of the user which may happen from time to time due to the long link contained in the email.


2) Check to ensure that the email address was entered correctly during the setup of that new user. To check this, go to Administration > User Management, and then view the new user's email address to verify it is correct. 


3) If the user still cannot find the password email contact Support.
