Volatile Organic Compound quantities can be collected within the VOC Module.
Administrators can use the VOC module to create a list of products that the organisation uses that have a VOC percentage content. Data-entry users then input the amount of that product that they use within the year, for which the system in turns calculates the relevant amount of VOC's emitted.
The following information is required for each VOC related product:
- VOC Product/Material Name
- Volume to Mass conversion
- VOC Percentage
Only Administrators have access to create these VOC names as well as editing of each VOC percentage within the VOC Management screen as seen below:
The related VOC Trend report to assist in extracting this VOC related data is available as per the filters below:
