Administrators have the ability to move buildings within an Organisational Structure.
Step 1: Navigate to the 'Facilities & Assets' using the Settings menu icon on the right side of the screen and select the 'Facilities & Assets button'. In this screen an Administrator can re-locate and move buildings, and also edit building and facility details.
Step 2: Locate the building you wish to move using the organisation tree-view structure on the left of the screen, or in the list of buildings provided, and click 'Select' beside the relevant building.
Step 3: Once the building has been selected, click on 'Edit' beside the building you wish to move.
Step 4: Select the dropdown menu beside the Parent Organisation option You can then navigate to the new facility/location you wish to house this building under. Then select and highlight the new facility and click 'Save'.
Step 5: You will now be able to view the changes made within the Facilities and Assets screen and all changes will be also be reflected throughout the system.
