Administrators have the ability to move buildings within an Organisational Structure.

Step 1: Navigate to the Facilities & Assets using the Settings menu icon on the right side of the screen (A on the image below).

Step 2: Select the Facilities & Assets button (B on the image below). In this screen an Administrator can re-locate and move buildings, and also edit building and facility details.

Step 3: Locate the building you wish to move using the organisation tree-view structure on the left of the screen (C on the image below), or in the list of buildings provided, and click Select (D on the image below).

Step 4: Once the building has been selected, click on Edit (E on the image below) beside the building you wish to move. 

Step 5: Select the dropdown menu beside the Parent Organisation option (F on the image below). You can then navigate to the new facility/location you wish to house this building under. Then select and highlight the new facility and click Save. 

Step 6: You will now be able to view the changes made within the Facilities and Assets screen and all changes will be also be reflected throughout the system.
