At any time, the user can edit the emissions activity source details as follows:
Step 1: Navigate to the GHG Activities screen by clicking on the 'Data Management' menu icon at the top of the screen and selecting GHG activities from the drop down menu.
Step 2: Browse through the list of activities on screen, using the organisational tree-view structure, or the activity search filter at the top of the table until the desired activity is displayed.
Step 3: Click 'Select' beside the activity you wish to edit or remove the data entry in.
Step 4: To Edit a data entry, click on 'Edit' beside the data entry you wish to amend, on the next screen edit the data item. You will be required for audit and transparency purposes, to input a reason for change or note when editing an existing record in the space provided.
Once the activity is saved a 'Change-log' will appear in the item, the change log stores a record of all changes to the data item. The change log can be clicked at any time to see the audit trail of the data item. Click 'Save' when finished.
Step 5: To delete a data entry click the delete icon to the far right of the data entry. A box will appear asking if you are sure want to delete the record. Click 'OK' and the record will then be deleted.
