Step 1: Navigate to the GHG Activities screen. The GHG Activities Data screen is accessed by clicking on the “Data Management” menu icon at the top of the screen and selecting the GHG Activities button from the drop down menu.
Step 2: Click on the “Add New Activity” button.
Step 3: Select the Activity Source Category for the activity you wish to create.

Step 4: On the next screen select the building(s)/asset(s) for which the new emissions activity applies, once the building is selected click "Confirm building selection and go to next step".
Step 5: If you have selected a UK building and are creating an electricity or gas activity, a screen will appear asking if it is part of the CRC energy efficiency scheme. Tick the box if it is, users can also set a CRC exclusion at this point. Click continue when finished.
Step 6: Next an activity configuration screen will appear requesting information about the emissions source you wish to add.
The main two section that must be populated are General settings and Mapping ID's (if you wish to upload data to the activity). Complete the general settings information as requested, inputting the name of the activity and selecting the Activity end use. Other sections are optional and can be mass setup across activities at later stage, see Bulk Settings section of support portal for more information.
Step 7: Click save when finished configuring the activity. Click Save.
