To enable data completeness emailing open “Data Completeness & Anomalies Email Selection” in the Data Quality, E-mail Reminder Settings section. Next, tick the box beside “Enable e-mail alerts for Data Completeness and/or Anomaly Scanning for this activity?” to enable email reminders. Then tick the box beside “Email on Data Completeness scan” (A below).
If you wish to enable Email in Anomalies scan (B below) (user will get emails about anomaly tests) tick the relevant box.
Once the email reminders are enabled, the user must complete the setup by selecting email addresses and choosing number of days to wait before sending out subsequent reminders and escalations after original alert (C).
In D the user can assign tasks to individuals by selecting the email address on the left and clicking the arrow in the centre. These individuals are responsible for the data entry for this activity.
In section E a manager can be set up to oversee the activity and ensure the data is inputted. The manager will only get escalation emails if the user has not inputted the data and has ignored an email alert. Select the email address on the left and clicking the arrow in the centre.
Click Update when finished. Email reminders are now setup.
