If a user forgets their password, they can simply click on "Forgotten Password?" link on the login page. Enter their user name and then click submit. The user will receive an email containing the password.

Please note: Some Antivirus programs block the password email due to the password's typography. If no email is received within 5 minutes, try temporarily disabling "email blocking" in your antivirus solution, and try again.


Note: A user's account can be "locked" if the system detects too many failed password attempts in a short space of time. In such a situation, the user must contact the support helpdesk by emailing support@accuvio.com, the account will then be unlocked and a new password will be issued.
