Users can change their password in a number of ways:
On the login screen:
To change your password on the login screen, click on the "Forgot Password?". This will prompt you to create a new password.
In the system:
When logged in the system user can change their password by selecting the user icon at the top right of the screen, and selecting "Change Password" from the drop down menu as shown below. Next, input the current password, and then input the new password twice and click "Submit". The password in now changed with immediate effect.
Change password input screen:
Users can also request an Administrator of their account to change their password. Administrator users can change users password by going into settings, and selecting on "User Management". They can then select the user they wish to the password for, click on "Reset Password" and click on "Save". Once this change has been saved the user will receive an email with a link to click on to change their password.
