In order to enable the system to process the data in the most efficient means possible, the user must choose between  “High Frequency Meter Data” or "Low Frequency data".

High frequency is used when dealing with energy data of multiple items of data per day, with the interval between each reading less than 24 hours. For example half hourly meter data for natural gas, water and electricity.

Low frequency is used for data with a maximum of one data point per week. For example weekly, monthly and bimonthly data. If an uploading spreadsheet contains both low frequency and high frequency data, choose the High Frequency Meter Data for maximum efficiency.
