In the uploads summary screen, click on the upload which is in error. The row will expand to show more information about the upload and why it failed. From the error message, you should be able to identify the problem, amend the spreadsheet to address the issue and then re-start the wizard process. Common issues include, data in a column is not in the expected format such as text when a number is expected, or missing data. If you cannot identify an error within the spreadsheet, email, call or lodge a ticket with the support team and we will be happy to investigate.

Note: If any upload is in error, absolutely no data from that upload is committed to the system. Data will only be finalised and committed to the database after 100% is reached in the progress bar.
